Apulia and Porto Portugal

wagtailgirlsannakern_apulia4We rented a small house at the Atlantic cost. An old remodeled fishing cabin. Just north of the small fishing village, Apulia, about 40 minutes north of Porto. We had the best view. Just the ocean.wagtailgirlsannakern_portugal_i06a6479wagtailgirlsannakern_portugal_i06a0234wagtailgirlsannakern_apulia1wagtailgirlsannakern_portugal_i06a7598Our view.wagtailgirlsannakern_portugal_i06a9285wagtailgirlsannakern_portugal_i06a7516Beach life. Fresh fruits and vegetables from the local market and fish from the morning fish market. Just a 5 minute walk from our cabin we had many fish restaurants to choose from. They all had similar menus, fresh fish and seafood. Most dishes were served with boiled potatoes and cabbage. Our favorite restaurants ended up being Mudo and Cabana. They all had a great selection of local wine from for example the Douro area.wagtailgirlsannakern_portugal_i06a9531wagtailgirlsannakern_portugal_i06a8579We spent one day in Porto. A charming city.
