New York City USA

I am not really a city girl and not are my girls, but I have always loved New York City. It is very special to me and lately also to my girls. The sounds. The busyness. It is magical and inspirational in many ways. This time we stayed on the Lower East side, at The Ludlow Hotel on Ludlow street. A very charming place to stay with a great neighborhood. We got a room with a roof terass. A luxury which is deluxe when traveling with children to the City in the summertime. It is so lovely to sit on the terass early in the mornings or late at night listening to all the sirens and other sounds from the City. A visit to our favorite restaurant, Freeman´s. Love the interior, the atmosphere, and the food! We had some great doughnuts here! Yum.We go to New York City about every other year on our way to visit family upstate New York and to Virginia. Every time we try to do at least one tourist attraction and visit some different parts of the City. This time we decided to see the Statue of Liberty and China Town.and to eat cup cakes!! The subway is great when your feet are too tired from walking…Pizza for lunch is a must when in the City!My dear friend Rose and her youngest child Mila. Always great seeing her and her family.New York Breakfast! Bagel with Cream Cheese. We love! It is sooo good. Thank you NYC for this time! Now we are driving upstate.
